Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us. To start a return, please visit our online returns portal at strideofher.com and follow the instructions provided. After submitting your return request, you will be guided through the steps to prepare the return documentation.
To initiate a return, you will need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Once these details have been entered and your return is registered, you can select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return in the relevant field.
After you have created your return, the system will generate a return slip and shipping label. You should download and print these documents. Place the return slip inside your package and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging and tags intact.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund according to our standard procedures. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take a short period to appear on your account following processing.
